AMAZING Return Clients in Hancock Park is seeking a fun, energetic, and reliable helper to join their busy Saturdays with 3 delightful children – 2 girls (8 & 9) and 1 boy (6)! This long-standing, awesome return client is looking for someone who can jump right into the action, starting ASAP, and become a positive, playful presence the kids naturally gravitate toward. This role is best suited for a flexible, proactive Mother’s Helper/Nanny who is excited to be an extra set of hands in a busy household. Primary responsibilities center around the children, including maintaining schedules, coordinating and driving to and from various activities (in partnership with both parents), preparing meals, and assisting with feeding, bathing, and dressing. You will plan engaging games, activities, art projects, and outings, as well as support reading and overall development. Additional child-related duties include light housekeeping such as children’s laundry and dishes, and maintaining tidy, organized play areas and bedrooms, including making beds daily.
Beyond direct childcare, the family is looking for someone who is comfortable stepping in as a true team player and support system. This may include assisting with hosting- helping set up for casual gatherings or dinners, clearing and loading the dishwasher, running occasional errands (such as picking up items from the store or grabbing treats), and generally helping the household run smoothly. While these tasks are not heavy cleaning, they are intended to support the parent directly and require someone who is intuitive and willing to jump in where needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable “pivoting” throughout the day. For example, if the children are occupied (napping, on a playdate, or having downtime), the nanny may shift focus to assisting with household organization, event prep (such as setting up for a BBQ or helping plan a slumber party), or light errands. Strong organizational skills are a plus, as there may be opportunities to help streamline and maintain order in the home when time allows.
LOCATION: Hancock Park, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: Saturday from 6:30/7AM-8PM (with flexibility as some days may be shorter, some may be longer)
RATE: Anticipated compensation is around $400-$450/Day DOE (on payroll)
