Awesome Return Clients in Pacific Palisades with four of the sweetest kiddos you’ll ever meet, ages 1, 3, 5 + 7 and are searching for an incredible WEEKEND nanny to start ASAP who will grow with them for years to come!! Their ideal nanny has a background in child development, classroom experience, can encourage their curiosity and development with indoor/outdoor play, will be happy to plan and engage in fun activities such as arts + crafts, playdoh, science experiments, obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, etc. You should be the type of nanny who enjoys getting down on the floor and playing with blocks, for example!
LOCATION: Pacific Palisades (Los Angeles), CA
SCHEDULE: The general schedule is Sat + Sun (7am-7:30pm) with occasional overnights on a Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.
COMPENSATION: $1,125k/Weekend (Earn $58k/year working TWO DAYS a week)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong working knowledge of early childhood + developmental milestones; background in education and/or child development highly preferred!
- Safe Driver with a strong driving record
- Up to date on vaccinations, including Covid
- 1-Year Commitment Required (Please do not apply if unable to)
Both parents will be in and out on the weekends and are very hands on, so sometimes you will be taking care of the littles while mom and dad take the older kiddos out or vice versa. You should be comfortable working as a team but also fully confident in your abilities to manage all four children on your own as well whenever needed (this is where prior classroom experience can really come in handy!) Duties will include general childcare, maintaining schedules, driving to/from activities (using provided nanny car), preparing simple meals for the children, light housekeeping pertaining to the kids and their activities (dishes, laundry, toys, play areas, etc.), assisting with bathing and bedtime routines and general family assistance. The ideal candidate is engaging, playful, imaginative, patient, and easygoing, while also a being proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
