Wonderful return clients in Brentwood are seeking a confident, proactive, and nurturing nanny/mommy’s helper to join their team. The family has two energetic boys, ages 4 and 6, and a baby girl on the way in August. Mom is very hands-on and is looking for an extra set of capable hands to help tag-team the day, support the boys, and assist with the baby as needed.
DUTIES:
- Assisting Mom with newborn care and baby-related tasks
- Caring for and engaging the two boys through play, activities, and outings
- School drop-offs and pick-ups
- Planning age-appropriate educational activities and crafts
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Children’s laundry and keeping children’s areas tidy and organized
- Loading/unloading dishwasher and helping maintain household order
- Running occasional family errands
- Supporting developmental milestones and fostering kindness, confidence, and respect
- Being an extra set of hands wherever needed throughout the day
LOCATION: Brentwood, CA
SCHEDULE:
Monday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
30 hours guaranteed weekly. Please have flexibility to occasionally stay later or assist on weekends as needed.
COMPENSATION: $35–$40/hour DOE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience caring for multiple children and infants
- Safe driver with a reliable vehicle
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a hands-on parent
- Fluent in English
- Open to occasional travel
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Minimum 1-year commitment required
