A warm, high-net-worth/high-profile Bel Air family (return clients of ours!) is seeking their next exceptional nanny to join their fully staffed household. If you bring the perfect balance of energy, sophistication, and organization – and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments – this is a rare opportunity to work with an outstanding family. You’ll provide top-notch care for two delightful, energetic 4-year-old twins, creating days filled with learning, structure, and fun. The role calls for 12-hour days that blend creativity with precision – from planning enriching activities and overseeing school runs (both kids will be in school Mon-Fri 9am-2pm) to maintaining a tidy, organized environment that encourages the children’s independence. While a family chef is available most days, you should be confident preparing simple, wholesome meals and snacks as needed. This is a team-oriented position working alongside other household staff, where discretion, flexibility, and a proactive mindset are essential.

SCHEDULE:
- 7 Days ON / 7 Days OFF (Live-out)
- 7:00am – 7:00pm, with flexibility for extended days & occasional overnights
- Travel: Summers include extended domestic & international travel (5–6 weeks at a time), with nannies splitting the travel period evenly (approx. 2.5–3 weeks each)
COMPENSATION:
- $45/hr gross (DOE) + applicable overtime (Target Annual Base Salary of $124K)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST be Local to Los Angeles
- 5+ years of full-time nanny experience in high-profile/HNW households
- Twin or sibling group experience preferred
- Skilled at managing long shifts with energy and focus
- Valid passport & travel-ready (domestic & international)
- Discreet, polished, and professional
- COVID vaccine not required
