This warm and welcoming Brentwood, Los Angeles family is seeking a temporary nanny for a month-to-month commitment beginning ASAP (May 18th or 19th ideally!!).
The family places a strong emphasis on health, safety, and maintaining a calm, nurturing environment for their 6-month-old little girl. Both parents work from home and are seeking a professional, discreet nanny who can confidently care for their infant independently while being mindful not to interrupt the parents unless it is child-related. Their baby does not consistently take a bottle, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable syringe feeding when needed, as well as seamlessly coordinating with mom for breastfeeding sessions between meetings. The family values an active and engaging caregiver who will accompany their daughter to daily neighborhood activities such as MyGym, library story time, park outings with friends, and other enriching experiences, all within walking distance from the home. Their daughter is sleep trained and follows a reliable nap schedule, typically taking two 1.5–2 hour naps each day, allowing the nanny downtime while still remaining attentive and available should the baby need resettling. This is a childcare-focused role with no household duties expected beyond responsibilities directly related to the child, though those duties are expected to be handled with great care and professionalism!
LOCATION: Brentwood, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
START DATE: ASAP
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday (8AM- 5:30PM) + Friday (8AM-12PM)
RATE: $30-$35/hr gross (on payroll) DOE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive Infant Experience

- Local to Brentwood, Los Angeles or familiar with working in the area
- Comfortable around dogs (11-year-old rescue dog in the home)
- Up-to-date on TDAP, COVID, and annual flu vaccinations (submitted for approval)
The home also includes an easygoing 11-year-old rescue dog, so comfort around pets is a must. Ideally, the family would love someone local to Brentwood or familiar with working in the area. Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP, COVID, and annual flu) are required and can be submitted to mom for approval.
