Open to ALL US Candidates! Wonderful Atlanta, GA based family with a longstanding relationship with WSN is on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Housekeeper/Manager to join their team! This is not your typical household role; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in a vibrant environment alongside a team of dedicated long-term employees, including housekeepers and nannies. As the chosen candidate, you’ll kick-start your journey as an Executive Housekeeper, mastering the ins and outs of the household operations. From there, you’ll seamlessly transition into a managerial position, taking charge of meticulously maintaining the family’s primary residence and multiple vacation properties scattered across the Southeast. Picture yourself jet-setting to various properties, overseeing quarterly maintenance, and orchestrating the opening and closing rituals of vacation homes. Your knack for organization will shine as you ensure these homes are impeccably stocked and staffed at all times. This role is a whirlwind of excitement and responsibility, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll juggle numerous moving pieces, from coordinating vendors and maintenance technicians to managing the household’s intricate workings with finesse.
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA; with travel to open/close additional residences before/after family trips.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours, with the flexibility to ramp up to 60 hours during travel periods. Occasional weekend and event availability is a must.
COMPENSATION: Competitive compensation based on experience, along with 3 weeks of PTO and comprehensive health benefits (including medical, dental, and vision coverage)!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, including laundry, ironing, and general cleaning.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles with glowing references.
- High energy levels and stamina; this role can be physically demanding at times.
- A love for working with kids is essential.
- Enjoyment of travel and flexibility with schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork.
- Bonus points for event planning experience!
