Join an incredible repeat Westside Nannies family of 5, seeking an exceptional weekend nanny for their newest family member (born in late August)! The family is experienced in employing household staff (they have other nannies for older kids, housekeeping support, and a NCS for baby through end of 2026), and values professionalism, teamwork, and open communication. Schedule is Sat & Sun ,10-12 hours/day. Responsibilities include providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care, preparing bottles and meals, feeding, cleaning up after meals/play, following nap/sleep routines, diapering, soothing, engaging in age-appropriate activities, monitoring developmental milestones, baby laundry, nursery organization, keeping baby supplies stocked, sterilizing bottles and equipment, and handling all other baby-related childcare duties. They have a live-in weekday nanny (for baby), as well as additional nannies for the older children.
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA
START DATE: January 2, 2027
SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday, 10-12 hour days
COMPENSATION: $35-40/hr gross DOE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5+ years of professional newborn/infant nanny experience
- Willingness to travel a plus, but not required
- Current Tdap and annual flu vaccinations (required)
- Dog-friendly (family has a Golden Retriever)
- Highly reliable, professional, and dependable
- Strong team player who communicates well with parents and household staff
