ATTN East Coast Toddler Nannies!! We have an AMAZING new position in Beautiful Palm Beach, FL, offering the Highly Coveted ROTA Schedule! This wonderful couple have an adorable 3-year-old son and a baby sister on the way! This role will primarily be caring for the older child, as baby will have 24/7 coverage for the first 6 months (a fantastic WSN NCS), but please be open to and comfortable with infant care. They have a wonderful WSN nanny and are looking to add to the team! Family is prioritizing East Coast (preferably FL based) candidates, and will fly you in for each shift, and home after your 3 weeks on. During your “on” weeks you will live in the family’s home (private bedroom/bathroom); when traveling to their other residences (NY + Boston), you will have private accommodations in the homes as well. This role is entirely child-focused, and you will be responsible for maintaining the child’s schedules, planning fun and age appropriate activities, coordinating play dates, driving him to preschool (Mon-Fri 8am-2pm), appointments and activities, preparing his meals (gluten-free household), making sure his room/play areas are neat and tidy, kid laundry, and running child/family related errands. As mentioned above, the family has multiple residences, so you should be up for plenty of travel (usually 1 week at a time), and skilled in packing/unpacking your nanny kids!
LOCATION: Primary residence is Palm Beach, FL, with additional homes in NYC + Boston.
SCHEDULE: 3 Weeks ON/3 Weeks OFF (21 days on/off); general working hours are 7am-7pm, but comp is based on 18-hour days.
COMPENSATION: $100-150K based on experience/qualifications (on payroll)
