A wonderful family in Brentwood seeks a warm, engaging, and dependable nanny to care for their two children, ages 2.5 and 4 years old. The family is looking for a long-term nanny who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking approximately 25-30 guaranteed hours per week, with additional weekend hours available for those interested in a larger schedule.
DUTIES:
- Providing attentive and engaging childcare
- Planning age-appropriate activities, crafts, and outings
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Assisting with daily routines and transitions
- Supporting developmental milestones
- Light child-related housekeeping and organization
- Children’s laundry
- Keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings tidy
- Occasional evening coverage as needed
LOCATION: Brentwood, CA
COMPENSATION: $35–$45/hr DOE
SCHEDULE: 2:00-7:00 Monday-Friday, can offer additional hours on the weekend, please have flexibility to stay later on occasstion or come earlier with advance notice
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional nanny experience
- Experience caring for multiple children simultaneously
- Spanish speaking preferred
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Excellent references
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
