Cheerful, professional, and experienced Nanny NEEDED for jet-setting Family with residences in New York, Northern and Southern California, and Mexico! Family is open to ALL US CANDIDATES and could provide a live-in arrangement, but their main residences are in NYC and Monterrey, CA, so this could be a great fit if you’re local to either location and prefer to live out. These dual-working parents have an adorable 3-year-old little girl who is joyful and full of life, and enjoys spending her days dancing, singing, coloring, playing with play dough, sticker books, and attending various classes and fun outings! Due to the extensive and often last-minute travel this family does, they pulled her from preschool, and are looking for an engaging, educational, and proactive nanny who can keep her busy and work on her development, no matter their location! In this role the nanny will be responsible for managing ALL things kid-related, including but not limited to establishing/managing her day-to-day activities, researching/planning activities, art projects, classes, and playgroups (at home and while traveling), preparing healthy meals for her (no adult meals required), maintaining her room and play areas, kid laundry, packing/unpacking for travel, and child-related errands.
LOCATION: NorCal, SoCal, NYC + Mexico
SCHEDULE: 5 Days a week, 50-70 hours. Flexibility is KEY. Due to the family’s heavy workload and spontaneous social/travel schedules, there isn’t a ‘traditional’ schedule. You will be expected to work a mix of weekdays and weekend days, but the actual days will vary from week to week. Typical start time is 9 or 10 am. Parents will travel solo at times, so you should be willing to provide overnight care as needed.
COMPENSATION: Target annual salary is $100-150K Gross, based on experience and qualifications

The perfect candidate for this role is a capable, confident professional who jumps right in, anticipates (and acts on) the needs of a child and family without being told, thinks on their feet, can read the room, maintains professional boundaries and discretion, and knows when to step in and when to step out. You should be fun, playful, loving, active and able to keep up with a busy 3-year-old in a fast paced household, very flexible with scheduling and okay with spontinaity (family may decide on runway that they’re changing location of travels), and innately neat and tidy.
