Top Notch Seasoned Career Nanny NEEDED for HNW Pacific Palisades family with 3 kids. In this role you will be working hand in hand with a hands-on mom, caring for 3-year-old twins and a 7-year-old! You will be her right hand and provide support in all things related to the children, as well as ensuring the household is running smoothy. A typical day will include maintaining schedules, preparing simple healthy meals (family is vegetarian), feeding, dressing, bathing, engaging in lots of play, planning age appropriate activities, assisting with light housekeeping (children’s laundry, dishes, general tidying, etc), running errands, and general family assistance. The older child will be in school during the day, at which point you will have the twins, but you must be comfortable caring for all 3 (although this would be a very rare instance). The ideal person for this LOVES being a nanny and is looking for their “forever family”.
LOCATION: Pacific Palisades, CA (Riviera area)
SCHEDULE: 4 Days ON/4 Days OFF; schedule is currently M-F 7am-7pm and Sat/Sun 10am-8pm. Come fall when all 3 kids are in school, all shifts will be 10am-8pm, except during school breaks (shift back to 7-7). Family will guarantee 40 hours minimum each week.
COMPENSATION: $40-45/hr + OT (on payroll)

The right nanny for this family has a can-do, ‘all hands on deck’ attitude, where no task is too big or too small. You should be a planner who is always one (preferably two!) steps ahead, anticipating the family’s needs even before they do. You should have a valid passport, be adventurous, resourceful, easygoing, and have experience traveling with families in the past – because they love to travel! You can plan to be gone 4-6 days at a time (4-5x a year) – you should be open and willing to work holidays, and will be paid time and a half! They have adored their former nannies (so much in fact that they were actually their baby nurses first!) and are looking to add a warm, loving, thoughtful, engaging, playful, polished, proactive, and innately helpful individual to their team. You should be adept at reading a room, know when to step in and when to stand back, and always come to work prepared for the day ahead.
