Incredible Nanny NEEDED for a growing family in Marin County! They have a 2-year-old and are expecting a second child in July, and are looking to expand their childcare team once the mom goes back to work in late August. These dual-working parents are incredibly busy CEOs and work long hours; to avoid burning out their beloved nanny they are seeking to find a collaborative, easygoing, and proactive nanny to assist with maintaining schedules, organizing activities and play dates, keeping the children’s things in order, preparing simple kids meals, and housekeeping pertaining to the kids. Family is open to local and non-local candidates, but this is a live-out position and you would need to find your own housing (if not local).
LOCATION: Kentfield, CA
START DATE: Late August 2024
SCHEDULE: They’re still navigating the scheduling needs but it will likely be afternoon/evening hours, plus occasional weekends – Flexibility is KEY! You can anticipate working 35-40 hours/week (guaranteeing 35 hours)
COMPENSATION: $30-35/hr gross (on payroll)
