An active and busy familyin Studio City is seeking an energetic and organized full-time nanny to support their three sporty daughters (ages 11 and 8-year-old twins). This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, upbeat caregiver who enjoys being hands-on and engaged with active school-aged children. The ideal candidate is fun, proactive, and capable of keeping pace with a busy after-school schedule filled with volleyball, gymnastics, practices, and games. Both parents have demanding professional careers, and the household runs on structure, efficiency, and follow-through. They are looking for a true partner who can step in confidently, anticipate needs, and help keep everything moving smoothly. The girls would thrive with a positive, big-sister–type presence, someone upbeat, responsible, and naturally active.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• School pick-ups and driving to after-school sports and activities
• Supporting homework and academic organization
• Meal prep for the children and light family meal assistance
• Keeping bedrooms, play areas, and common spaces tidy
• Putting away laundry and maintaining organization systems
• Managing busy activity schedules and carpools
• Acting as a positive, active role model
• Staying ahead of household needs and stepping in where helpful
LOCATION: Studio City, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
• One evening per week until 9:00 PM for date night
• Occasional weekend and overnight support
COMPENSATION: $35–$40/hour DOE
BENEFITS: 2 weeks PTO + medical stipend
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience caring for multiple school-aged children (experience with a similar age range preferred)
• Clean driving record and comfortable driving children regularly
• Energetic, active, and able to keep pace with busy sports schedules
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Confident supporting homework and academic structure
• Self-starter who takes initiative without being micromanaged
• Professional, polished presentation
• Positive role model with strong character
• Comfortable in a structured, high-functioning household
• College degree a plus
