This warm and active family is seeking a loving, reliable nanny to provide attentive, hands-on care for their energetic 1.5-year-old daughter in their Ladera Heights home. Their daughter is a happy, curious toddler who thrives on engagement. She loves spending extended time at the park, enjoys books and music, and is constantly on the move as an enthusiastic climber and explorer. The ideal candidate will have strong toddler experience and the energy to keep up with her active personality, while fostering her development through play, outings, and enriching activities. As she approaches age two, the nanny will also support participation in local classes and activities, so comfort with driving and being out in the community is essential!
The position offers two scheduling options: either a five-day workweek with four full 9-hour days and one half day on Wednesdays, or a four-day workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) with 10-hour days starting between 7:30–8:30 AM and Wednesdays off.
LOCATION: Ladera Heights, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: 40-45 hours/wk
RATE: $30-$35/hr base, depending on experience, plus overtime, paid vacation, sick time, and federal holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recent Experience with Toddlers
- Strong + Open Communicator
- Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License (open to having the nanny use their family car as well)
- Up to Date Flu Shot + Willing to Get TDAP (if they welcome a new baby)
- Available to Start ASAP!
