Experienced NCS needed for 1-month-old girl in Beverly Glen! She is a sweet, happy little girl who is bottle-fed (pumped breast milk and formula as needed) and follows a typical newborn feeding schedule of every 2–3 hours. She is showing mild reflux, so proper feeding technique, thorough burping, and keeping her upright after feeds are required. Responsibilities include overnight newborn care, bottle feeding, diapering, soothing, sleep support using a SNOO, reflux-related care support, and accurate tracking of all feeds, diapers, and sleep in the Nara app.
LOCATION: Beverly Glen, Los Angeles
START DATE: ASAP
SCHEDULE: 5 nights per week (Sun-Wed nights & Fri night), 8-10 hour shifts
DURATION: 4 weeks to start, potential to extend to 6 weeks
COMPENSATION: $40-50/hr DOE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting reflux-prone infants preferred
- Comfortable using the SNOO bassinet
- Proficient with newborn tracking apps (They use Nara)
- Dog and cat friendly (home includes 2 huskies and 1 cat)
- Current Tdap, MMR & initial COVID-19 vaccine series required
- Must avoid heavy fragrances, perfumes, and strongly scented personal care products
