Busy family of 3 in Agoura Hills is seeking a warm, experienced, and proactive Part-Time Nanny/Mother’s Helper to care for their adorable 11-month-old daughter! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who genuinely loves babies but also enjoys helping a household run smoothly. The family is looking for someone flexible, organized, and happy to jump in wherever needed. While caring for their little girl will always be the priority, Mom would love someone who can seamlessly transition into household responsibilities when she’s spending time with the baby.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Providing loving, attentive care for the family’s 11-month-old daughter
- Managing feeding, naps, diapering, and daily routines
- Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and developmental play
- Preparing and cleaning bottles and feeding supplies
- Keeping the nursery and baby areas clean and organized
- Baby laundry, restocking supplies, and organizing baby essentials
- Assisting with household organization and general household upkeep
- Running errands, grocery shopping, and helping with household supplies
- Coordinating household maintenance appointments and assisting with vendors as needed
- Open to traveling with the family
LOCATION: Agoura Hilla, CA
SCHEDULE:
- Monday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
20 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours depending on the family’s work schedules.
COMPENSATION: $35–$40/hour DOE
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional infant experience
- Warm, nurturing, engaging, and genuinely passionate about babies
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
- Happy to balance childcare with Family Assistant responsibilities
- Flexible schedule and availability for occasional additional hours
- Dog-friendly
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent professional references
- Passport-ready and open to traveling with advance notice
