Wonderful return clients are seeking an exceptional ROTA Nanny to join their established childcare team caring for their energetic 4-year-old boy/girl twins. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a UHNW international family in a fully staffed household while traveling the world. The nanny will become part of an experienced team of ROTA nannies, working one calendar month on and one calendar month off. During your rotation, you’ll collaborate closely with the other ROTA nannies and a dedicated team who oversee the children’s daytime personal care and overnight support, allowing you to focus on creating enriching experiences, fostering development, and supporting the twins’ daily routines. The nanny will be provided off-site accommodations.
DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional care for 4-year-old boy/girl twins.
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate educational activities, creative play, and outings that support developmental milestones.
- Work collaboratively with the family’s team of ROTA nannies, educators, and household staff.
- Organize and maintain the nursery, children’s wardrobes, toys, books, and supplies.
- Prepare, pack, and organize the children’s belongings for frequent international travel.
- Support daily routines while maintaining flexibility as schedules evolve.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
SCHEDULE: One calendar month on / one calendar month off, working 12-hour shifts during your rotation.
COMPENSATION: Target annual salary of $125,000–$145,000 USD, DOE.
LOCATION: Based in Mumbai with extensive international travel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive professional experience caring for children under the age of five.
- Previous experience working in UHNW, high-profile, or fully staffed households strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Polished, professional, discreet, warm, proactive, and adaptable.
- Comfortable taking initiative while also working seamlessly with a team of childcare professionals.
- Experience traveling with a family
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
- Comfortable working within a busy, multi-generational household.
- Minimum one-year commitment required.
- Up to date on Vaccinations
- Open to U.S.-based candidates who can travel internationally.
