UHNW Family in Beverly Hills is seeking two exceptional ROTA nannies to partner with Mom in caring for their sweet 8-month-old son. This is a rare opportunity to join a loving family during an exciting time as they prepare to move into their new Beverly Hills home this September. The family is building their long-term childcare team and is looking for two career nannies who are eager to grow with them for years to come. This is much more than a traditional nanny role. Mom is very hands-on and works from home, so she’s looking for a true teammate—someone who naturally anticipates needs, takes initiative, and serves as her right hand throughout the day. The ideal nanny is proactive, organized, positive, and solution-oriented, bringing fresh ideas as their little boy reaches new developmental milestones. Rather than waiting to be directed, you’ll instinctively think ahead, research age-appropriate activities and products, stay organized, and help ensure each day runs seamlessly. The household is fully supported with a full-time chef, house manager, and housekeeper, creating a collaborative environment where everyone works together with professionalism and positivity. The family is open to live-in or live-out candidates.

DUTIES:

  • Partner closely with Mom, serving as her right hand and anticipating the family’s needs throughout the day.
  • Follow and maintain the baby’s established sleep schedule, feeding routine, and daily rhythm.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities, sensory play, outings, and enrichment opportunities as the baby reaches new milestones.
  • Research age-appropriate toys, activities, classes, products, and developmental resources, proactively bringing new ideas to the family.
  • Prepare bottles, baby meals, and snacks as the baby transitions through new feeding stages.
  • Manage all child-related laundry, nursery organization, toy rotation, and maintenance of the baby’s spaces.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of baby supplies, clothing, diapers, and developmental items, proactively notifying the family when items need to be replenished.
  • Assist with bath time, bedtime routine, and other evening childcare responsibilities as needed.

LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA

START DATE: ASAP

SCHEDULE: 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. Typical shifts will be 10 hours per day (approximately 9:00 AM–7:00 PM), with flexibility to work longer hours as needed for date nights. Weekend flexibility is required during scheduled work weeks.

COMPENSATION: $45–$50/hour gross on payroll plus overtime, with an estimated target annual compensation of approximately $99,500–$110,500 DOE, plus full medical benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, including extensive infant experience.
  • Strong background in Early Childhood Development strongly preferred.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable researching developmental products, activities, and maintaining digital household systems.
  • Passport ready and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving the principals’ vehicle.
  • Physically active with the stamina to keep up with a growing baby.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing nursery inventory, ordering supplies, organizing baby belongings, and maintaining routines.
  • Previous experience in a high-profile or fully staffed household is a plus.
  • Professional, polished, discreet, and collaborative with a team-player mentality.
  • Up to date on Tdap and MMR vaccines.

The ideal candidate is warm, friendly, energetic, and naturally proactive. She thrives on being one step ahead, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and genuinely enjoys partnering with parents rather than simply working alongside them. She is solution-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and knows how to “read the room,” stepping in when needed while also giving the family space to enjoy time together. This family is looking for someone who comes to work with positivity every day, brings fresh ideas as their son grows, and confidently says, “He’s entering this stage—I have a few activities or ideas I’d love to try.” Strong initiative, professionalism, physical stamina, and exceptional organizational skills are essential. If you’re seeking a long-term role with a kind, appreciative family who values teamwork, communication, and building lasting relationships, then apply today for this incredible opportunity to grow alongside a wonderful young family and become an integral part of their son’s early years.
