Dual working parents in Brentwood are seeking an experienced, highly professional ROTA nanny to support their 4-year-old twins, a boy and girl.. This is a true team-player role for a polished career nanny who thrives in structured, busy households and enjoys working collaboratively with hands-on parents and household staff. - Provide attentive, developmentally focused care for 4-year-old twins
- Support daily routines, transitions, meals, activities, and bedtime
- Maintain children’s laundry, dishes, closets, toy organization, and inventory/stocking of supplies
- Monitor medications and ensure nothing is expired
- Pitch in where needed alongside the house manager and family team (dishwasher, trash, tidying, etc.)
- Support preschool/school readiness and educational development
- Cook simple meals for the children as needed (family also has a chef who meal preps)
- Maintain a calm, polished, organized household environment
- Travel with the family occasionally
LOCATION: Brentwood, CA
SCHEDULE: 14-day ROTA, approximately 6:30 AM–7:00 PM while on rotation. Flexibility is essential.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $140,000–$160,000 annually DOE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive toddler experience with 2 children close in age and/or twin experience,
- Prior ROTA experience strongly preferred
- Educational or childcare-related degree/background preferred
- Spanish speaking is a huge plus
- Professional, polished, discreet, and team-oriented
- Confident, nurturing, and able to set appropriate boundaries
- Available for travel, passport ready
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working collaboratively with involved parents and household staff
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Up to date on TDAP and MMR
