Warm and easygoing family of 3 in Silver Lake is seeking part-time support for their adorable 1-year-old daughter! This is their first time hiring outside help, and now that their little one is mobile and busy exploring the world, they’re excited to find an extra set of hands to support their growing family. This couple owns a small business and are looking for someone cheerful, grounded, and naturally helpful who can seamlessly step into their home. Their ideal candidate is chill, proactive, and nurturing, with a gentle and child-led approach that aligns well with RIE-style parenting philosophies. During naps (baby is still taking two!), they would love support with light household assistance related to the family, such as prepping dinner, throwing in a load of laundry, tidying up, etc. Outside of naps, they’re hoping to find someone energetic enough to enjoy walks around the neighborhood, trips to the library, and engaging outings with their daughter. Mom has experienced some postpartum anxiety, so the family would deeply value someone calming, supportive, dependable, and easy to be around.
