Wonderful returning clients in Santa Monica, CA are seeking an awesome TEMP Nanny to provide coverage while their nanny is on medical leave. The family has two adorable children, ages 4.5 (boy) and 2 (girl), and is looking for someone with strong experience caring for two young children simultaneously. Their daughter is very active and currently loves climbing and exploring, while their son is going through a fun princess phase. The family is looking for a nanny who is completely comfortable supporting his interests without judgment or shame – just letting kids be kids and encouraging imaginative play. The nanny will be responsible for meal prep and feeding, school and activity transportation, engaging play, outdoor time, bath and bedtime routines, and the children’s day-to-day care. Preschool pick-up is a 10–15 minute drive from the home. The family values a nanny who will keep the children engaged with developmental play, age-appropriate activities, and plenty of time outdoors. The family has full-time housekeeping, but light child-related housekeeping is expected, including tidying the playroom, children’s laundry, keeping the kitchen clean, and organizing the children’s closets and toys. The nanny should also be proactive about keeping the children’s essentials stocked and organized, including the diaper bag and stroller, so everyone is always prepared!
