Reliable + professional nanny/family assistant NEEDED for awesome return clients in Palms (Culver City/Mar Vista adjacent)! They are searching for an all-star nanny to assist in caring for their 5 children (ages 1, 3, 5, 9 + 9 years). The older children will be at school until 4:30/5PM each day, so the majority of your time will be spent with their 1 year old! Once the big kids get home from school, you will tag team with mom to handle all of the kiddos- but you must be 100% confident handling all of the children whenever needed.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing children of varying ages and knowing how to bridge the age gap, planning activities that will keep all kids highly engaged simultaneously. Mom (who is the sweetest!) is hands-on so you should be comfortable working closely with her and acting as her right hand. In this position, you will be responsible for all things related to the children, including but not limited to: maintaining schedules, working towards developmental milestones, keeping things fun and interesting at home (i.e. planning age appropriate, creating sensory bins, acting out stories, etc.), driving to and from school and activities (family will provide a nanny car for your use), and child-related housekeeping (dishes, cleaning up after meals, children’s laundry, and keeping the kids rooms and play areas clean and organized etc.).
LOCATION: Palms, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: M-F from 12/1PM-8PM
- + Date nights + some weekends as needed.
- Occasionally they will ALSO need morning support from 7AM-10AM or 7:30AM-9:30AM, in addition to the normal afternoon hours. ALL candidates must be comfortable occasionally working a split shift when requested (Generally with advance notice).

COMPENSATION: $40/hr Gross
