Wonderful return clients in Brentwood are seeking a confident, proactive, and nurturing nanny/mommy’s helper to join their team. The family has two energetic boys, ages 4 and 6, and a baby girl on the way in October. Mom is very hands-on and is looking for an extra set of capable hands to help tag-team the day with a primary focus on newborn care. Both boys will be in school until the afternoon and will generally be with Mom. 

DUTIES:

•   Newborn care and baby-related tasks including bottle feeding

•   Family meal and snack prep

•    Children’s laundry and keeping children’s areas tidy and organized

•   Cleaning bottles, Loading/unloading dishwasher and helping maintain household order

•    Running occasional family errands

•    Supporting developmental milestones

•    Being an extra set of hands wherever needed throughout the day

LOCATION: Brentwood, CA

SCHEDULE: Flexible Schedule: 30-35 hours per week

COMPENSATION: $35–$45/hour DOE

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Previous experience caring for newborns

•    Up to date on TDAP and MMR vaccines

•    Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities

•    Comfortable working collaboratively with a hands-on parent

•    Open to occasional travel

•    Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
