The schedule is generally consistent about 85% of the time, with three full days from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and one afternoon half-day each week. However, flexibility is key, as the specific days and shifts may vary from week to week, with the schedule provided approximately one month in advance. The family also needs a nanny who is available to work on school holidays and can occasionally provide weekend coverage in place of weekday shifts.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, packing lunches and snacks, managing school drop-offs and pickups, planning fun and developmentally appropriate activities, and transporting the children to their various activities. The ideal candidate will also enjoy keeping the children’s spaces tidy and organized, managing their laundry, and helping with household tasks during school hours, such as running errands and grocery shopping.
